Body analysis
& Programming
Our 3D MAPS body analysis and programming is the most detailed assessment in the country. It's all about getting to know YOUR body and goals. We are then given an individualized program to achieve your maximum potential. The programming is individualized based off of your movement evaluation and consultation. This process consists of two 1-hour visits for one fee (Details Below).
Evaluation Visit (1 hour, 1st Visit)
Interview (30 Minutes)
We begin with an interview. The 1-on-1 Interview includes:

Current State of the Body

Aches, pains, stiffness, flexibility and specific areas of concern

Current rehabilitation or specific needs

Current day to day schedule, Including sleep and diet disciplines

Comprehensive review of previous injuries and related treatment, from youth to present day. Medical Records are very beneficial, if available.

Review of current training protocol with the team and other training routines

Review current goals and focused improvement areas

Define Specific Areas of Improvement

Define Short- and Long-Term Playing Goals

Define Available Capacity to Focus on Training

Explore the "5 Pillars of Health", where they stand in your life and how to start making lifelong changes (Exercise, Nutrition, Mental Stress, Sleep, Hydration)
3D MAPS (Gray Institute) Body Analysis (30 Minutes)
The client will be video recorded and put through global and local movements that are specific to the tasks of their particular sport and position. The analysis consists of a detailed review of the entire body in the context of Mobility (flexibility and range of motion) and Stability (strength and control of motion). Every joint in the body will be analyzed in slow motion to identify areas for improvement.

Follow-up Visit (1 Hour, 2nd Visit)
Body Analysis Overview
A full comprehensive overview will be delivered to the client. This will consist of still photos, videos, diagrams, angles of joints, and other key analysis of their entire body. We will point out potential causes of symptoms and dysfunction.

Program Design
The program design will consist of an individual comprehensive routine with videos and voiced over descriptions of each movement we recommend for the client. The program will be designed around the following:
