THIS MEANS PUTTING IN THE WORK THAT OUR PRO ATHLETES DO, WANTING TO BE CHALLENGED YEAR ROUND TO IMPROVE YOUR PERFORMANCE, REDUCE RISK OF INJURY, AND WANTING TO EMBRACE THE JOURNEY.

OUR SPORTS PERFORMANCE SESSIONS CONSIST OF MULTI-PLANAR (MULTIPLE DIRECTIONAL) MOBILITY, STABILITY, STRENGTH, POWER AND ENDURANCE EXERCISES. EACH TRAINING SESSION IS DRIVEN BY INDIVIDUAL GOALS AND ASSESSING WHERE EACH PERSON'S BODY IS THAT DAY. WE UNDERSTAND THAT THE BODY CHANGES DAILY AND THE TRAINING SHOULD REFLECT THOSE CHANGES, THIS MEANS CONSTANT ASSESSMENT AND NO COOKIE-CUTTER WORKOUTS. TOTAL BODY ANALYSIS & PROGRAMMING
INTERESTED IN HAVING YOUR BIOMECHANICS EVALUATED AND GETTING STARTED ON YOUR OWN INDIVIDUAL EXERCISE PROGRAM? THIS OPTION INCLUDES A BODY ANALYSIS AND INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM DESIGN WHICH WILL BE GEARED TOWARDS YOUR SPECIFIC GOALS AND THE RESULTS OF THE BODY ANALYSIS. EXERCISE VIDEOS ARE CREATED TO FOLLOW ALONG WITH THE PROGRAM AND WILL TAKE YOU THROUGH EACH EXERCISE. THIS ALLOWS FOR SPECIFIC TRAINING TO BE DONE ANYWHERE AT ANY TIME!
