Utilizing the 3D MAPS-based Body Analysis helps us better know how your body moves and what dysfunctions might need to be addressed depending on your training goals. The 1-on-1 session is a combination of mobility and stability training along with specific methods to work toward your goals. We understand that the body is different every day due to variations in stress, recovery, diet and many other factors.  This is why we take the time to identify where you are each visit and adjust the training as needed. The Membership also comes with the ability to schedule prior to Non-Members for access to more available training slots.

Movement/Recovery 1-on-1 Session (Non-Member)

$85 Session

The Non-Member training session will be driven by your specific goals for that day. Working 1-on-1 with a qualified trainer allows for constant movement assessment and individualized care. We not only take the client through proper movement but also explain the “why” behind it. This allows each client to better understand how their body functions and what a workout should feel like. Recommendations will be given at the end of the session for continued improvement.

Interested in having your biomechanics evaluated and getting started on your own individual exercise program? This option includes a 3D MAPS-based Body Analysis and individual program design which will be geared towards your specific goals and the results of the Movement Assessment. Exercise videos are created to follow along with the program and will take you through each exercise. This allows for specific training to be done anywhere at any time!
